- Conduct the safety inspection through the analysis before harvest.
- Harvest the raw materials only which have been approved of safety (Not allowed to harvest if they do not receive the approval).
- For the first processed product, conduct the self-analysis of safety and request the official analysis institute for the cross analysis.

- Pesticide Residue Test
- The quality research lab has been conducting the analysis of pesticide residue with “Gas Chromatography Mass Analyzer”. Our company has been implementing the quantitative analysis of 267 kinds of pesticide residue around the pesticides usually used for tea and coffee.

- Bacteria Test
- We have been conducting a general live bacteria test and a coliform bacteria test for raw materials or products. In the food sanitation laws, the standard has been specified according to the kind of food. It is prohibited to sell the product which violates the standard.

- Analysis of Compositions
- Tea contains several compositions of catechin, caffeine, and amino acids such as theanine. These are very precious compositions that can determine the taste of tea, which become the important indices of taste, bitter taste and sour taste. The quality research lab has been using the non-destructive analysis equipment (NIRs) to analyze them.
Our partnership company in application of the hazard centered management applies the preceding system mainly to manage risk factors which may occur during the processing after the cultivation and harvest of green tea. They use the precision analysis equipment and the high level technology. They have done their best to comply with the standard of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety and to manufacture safe products.
